Fetal intrauterine death and stillbirth in the third trimester of pregnancy refer to the death of the fetus in the uterus before delivery and the death of the fetus during delivery after 20 weeks of pregnancy. At present, fetal intrauterine death and stillbirth are the main causes of high perinatal mortality (PMR) in China. This paper first introduces the causes and risk factors of fetal intrauterine death and stillbirth, and then describes in detail the delivery nursing, stillbirth investigation and follow-up nursing under the background of fetal intrauterine death and stillbirth.
